We are absolutely chuffed to announce that the Spanish Australian Preschool has joined the Galileo Early Learning family! Rest assured, all the brilliant bilingual programmes and cultural experiences you've come to love will continue to flourish under our care. Your little ones will still enjoy the same familiar faces, as we're delighted to welcome the existing teaching staff to our team. We're simply adding a dash of Galileo magic to enhance the learning journey! The transition will be seamless, with the same operating hours and term dates remaining unchanged. Pop in for a cuppa and a chat—we'd love to share our exciting plans whilst answering any questions you might have about this marvellous new chapter.
A safe nurturing environment
We inspire young minds to explore with our boutique early learning space.
Every detail, from child-safe materials to calm, inviting interiors, is thoughtfully designed to nurture a sense of belonging and wellbeing.
Our boutique spaces provide a secure, homely haven where every child feels safe to explore and grow at their own pace.
With small group sizes and attentive educators, we cultivate trusting relationships that foster emotional security and confidence.
Small Spaces, Big Discoveries
Learning environments play a crucial role in shaping young children's cognitive and emotional development, providing spaces where curiosity and creativity can flourish. A thoughtfully designed setting encourages exploration, fostering independence and problem-solving skills essential for lifelong learning.
As Loris Malaguzzi, founder of the Reggio Emilia approach, eloquently stated, "The environment is the third teacher," highlighting how surroundings actively contribute to a child's education alongside parents and educators. Therefore, educators must prioritise stimulating, safe, and inclusive environments to unlock each child's unique potential.
“ There are three teachers of children: adults, other children, and their physical environment.”
— Loris Malaguzzi
A unique learning experience
The first five years of life offers the most potential for learning and development. With this in mind, the learning possibilities here are endless.
“This isn’t just a centre, it oozes a homely feel. Just what I want for my son, bigger than family daycare but not too big for him to not feel special. and loved.” - Fiona
Our spaces cater for a small group of children aged three months to five years. We have a higher educator to child ratio than required by regulations meaning children can benefit high quality care from educators. This allows us to develop more meaningful relationships and focus on children’s learning.
A Loving and Passionate Team
We strongly believe in providing the best possible educational experience for all children in our care. We offer staff who have higher level qualifications and many years of experience to make a real difference and maximise our impact on young children’s learning.
